Talents and Flaws

Talents and flaws are ways to enhance and differentiate your character from others.  It helps to personalize them, and to ground these differences mechanically.  Each character may spend XP on the purchase of Talents as they desire, with no limitation.  The selection of Flaws, however, is limited to 20 XP, which is refunded to the character for them to spend on other things.
