While a creature is within the fog but there is less then 2M of fog between you and that creature, they gain Concealment. If there is at least 2M of fog between you and another creature, they gain Total Concealment.
The cloud will be dispersed with a wind of 10 MPH in three rounds. Stronger or weaker winds impact the dispersal time.
